(CD) means the source was an install CD (which was used to install it to a hard disk which was then imaged). We also have preserved the CD images for these releases.

AIO
There are motherboard patches available for the 14.20 AIO DVD Installer, and also for the game itself (as there are two different checks).
This means it to be able to be installed on supported non-official hardware, but still needs an original dongle to run.
