Merit Megatouch XL Generation
History
The Megatouch XL generation was released in 1997. Where the previous generation ran on a simple Z80 CPU, the XL system brought in a full fledged PC-based Intel 486 system with CD-ROM drive. This allowed for 24-bit color graphics, digital sound and a library of thousands of photos.
