History
Released in 1999, the Photo Play Smart was the first flat-screen based Photo Play machine, based on the 2000 platform.
Hardware
The Photo Play Smart is a compact bartop machine on a rotating stand.
It contains a 15 inch 1024x768 pixel LCD screen with a Microtouch Serial touch overlay:
